    It was a long way before I got my hands on this product because of amazon delivery issues, but definitely worth the wait. Along with being an icon piece, it is also quite sturdy and not much heavy to carry along. Its small watering mouth is very helpful in watering succulents and saplings that are fragile. Although the paint finishing could be made a bit better but I don’t find it much noticeable. Overall I am happy with this product being useful as well as a decor item to my indoor plant zoo.

    Assembly is super easy just follow the instructions provided and you are good to go. Build is pretty strong and feels sturdy. Knee pad is must to protect your knee and nice to have it included, the timer is also available and it works both ways. Either start it when you start workout or set a timer and it will ring when times runs out. It effectively engages core including abs, shoulders and can be used for plank variations. It does have the section for holding smartphone. Im on my journey to get healthy and it does help me in achieving my daily targets.

    The build quality of the Abs roller is good.After trying different models I like this model, it is very comfortable and easy to use as i am a beginner i went with this model with the timer near the foam grip it made easy for me to workout by taking reading of time interval for every session during workouts.It is budget friendly ,The instructions are very accurate and it took me roughly 15 mins to assemble the ABS roller. It is very helpful to me doing workout in home as i am unable to go to gym in this busy day to day life.This rebound model reduces strain in my body compared to non rebound model.It took some time to adapt the roller by gradually increasing the time spent on roller for workout while giving the gaps regularly to avoid muscle sprain. It is very helpful in building core muscles and build stamina .The foam grip is strong and very comfortable while doing workout.The build quality of the foam spacer is little bit weak compared to the other components but for this price we cannot expect better quality .

    Assembly is super easy just follow the instructions provided and you are good to go. Build is pretty strong and feels sturdy. Knee pad is must to protect your knee and nice to have it included, the timer is also available and it works both ways. Either start it when you start workout or set a timer and it will ring when times runs out. It effectively engages core including abs, shoulders and can be used for plank variations. It does have the section for holding smartphone. Im on my journey to get healthy and it does help me in achieving my daily targets.
